2 Day Treking In Pindaya

Day 1: Pindaya – Kan Hlakone

Let wake up early today and start your 2 days trekking to around Pindaya.
Firstly we will trek about 1 hour to a Danu village of Htut Ni passing the large garden of tea, plums and mangoes next to the hills. Then we climb the valley and then climb higher to visit See Kyat Inn village, another Danu village. Stop there for a simple lunch and having a short rest.
After a short rest, we continue the trip to other 4 local villages. Spending about 30 minutes trek through the forest to Shaw Pin village and then climb down another 30 minutes to the TaungPawGyi village. Next 45 minutes walking will lead you to Pin Sein Pin village and finally visit Kan HlaKone village where you will stay overnight. Your accommodation today should be a local monastery or local house based on the real condition.
This trekking route is very few tourists, so the local house and monastery are just for local people with just basic facilities (no hot & cold shower, no air-conditional, sometimes no electric in the night, etc)
Enjoy simple dinner cooked by your trekking guide before having a good rest.

Day 2: Kan HlaKone village – Pindaya

Enjoy your simple breakfast and prepare for the other trekking road back to Pindaya today. The valley path today will bring you to many tea plantations and villages making Shan tea in traditional way. If right on the time, you will see the people making dried tea leaves. Another chance for you to enjoy the fresh air and spectacular view of picturesque Shan Hill before back to Pindaya.
Ends of 2 days trekking trip in Pindaya.

WARMLY NOTICES

• Please note that you should buy your personal items (meals and drinks…) before starting the trekking because during the journey, you cannot buy anything, there is no shop, no restaurant on the trekking route. For the night in the monastery, you have to sleep in a shared room, man and woman cannot sleep together. There is hot & cold shower, some where no electric in the night. The monastery will be simple and basic accommodation.
• The trekking route might be different due to real condition.

To prepare well before your trekking, it is better to plan:

• Quality shoes for trekking
• Warm clothes (it can be very cold at night)
• Your towels
• Trekking pole
• Mosquito net
• Backup Battery for your phone or camera, etc
