Private full day Inle Lake adventure offers you a great chance to explore Kakku where is the collection of more than 5200 individual stupas, some of which are 20 metres high, and a lot of Buddha images scattered there. During this amazing adventure, our local Pa Oh guide will give you the introduction of small villages inhabited to the Pa Oh people which are forbidden to visit many years ago. You will also have opportunity to learn about the customs and the rustic lives of the local people there.

After breakfast, the local guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel for your fantastic adventure. Depart your Inle Lake adventure with the starting point from Inle Lake to Taunggyi, the capital of Shan State.
Continue crossing the winding hills to the east of the lake, you will be admire at spectacular views there like the railway line, some small Pa Oh villages, green trees along the way, majestic mountains… All of them create an peaceful scenery in Taunggyi.
Upon arriving at Kakku after two-hour drive, you will be enchanted with the magnificence of over 5200 stupas as well a wide range of Buddha images. It is known as one of the Asia’s largest and most spectacular ancient monuments. Walking around the temples and exploring the intricate carvings the stupas is truly an amazing experience for those who are fond of art and architecture.
The Inle Lake adventure continues with a visit to some nearby villages and learn about the unique traditions and culture of the natives there. Then, you have chance to enjoy lunch in a local restaurant near the train station before transferred back to Inle Lake.
